where we've been
Redwood Builders owner, Adam Stevens, began his career over 15 years ago doing trim work in new construction. His passion for excellence drew him to help his clients in ways far beyond the scope of his work. His pursuit of knowledge and holistic approach to home improvement led him to Redwood Builders. In 2019, Adam took on full ownership of the company and has continued to expand floor plan offerings, walking alongside people through their entire home building process.

Adam and the entire Redwood Builders team is dedicated to treating every home build as if it were their own. This family made mindset leads to meticulous attention to detail and integrity at every turn. Craftsmanship and trust is the foundation of all Redwood Builders service offerings.

Owner
Adam, owner of Redwood, got his start in the construction industry in 2008 working in trim carpentry. Adam went on to own his own trim carpentry business, doing trim work for a variety of local builders. In 2017 Redwood Builders was started and Adam took over full ownership in 2019. Adam thoroughly enjoys helping people through the building process and you’ll find him on his build sites almost daily. Adam resides in Ankeny with his wife and two kids, and when he’s not working you’ll find him golfing or coaching his kids’ sports teams.

Colin started representing Redwood on the real estate side in 2020 and brings over 15 years of new construction experience. His favorite part of working with Redwood is getting to work closely with both clients and the builder to foster the close working relationship between them. When Colin isn’t out meeting with clients and selling homes he enjoys playing basketball and getting to be involved with all of his kids’ sports (and trust us, it’s a lot!)

Emma started representing Redwood on the real estate side in 2022. Her favorite part of working with Redwood is learning about what clients are looking for, helping them put together all of the pieces to create their dream home, and getting to work closely with the builder to facilitate the process. Emma resides in Polk City with her husband, and when she’s not meeting with clients and selling homes you can find her running or exploring new restaurants throughout the metro.

Designer
Jadie has been our interior designer extraordinaire since 2019 when she joined the team. She is the cornerstone of getting all of our clients’ visions together to create beautiful custom homes. Her favorite part of the process is seeing what floor plans clients choose and then helping them bring what they have only seen on paper to life. She resides in Ankeny with her husband and two kids, and when she’s not working you can find her outside riding bikes or grilling. She also enjoys decorating and organizing her home, reading, listening to true crime podcasts, and watching reality TV with a glass of red wine.

Superintendent
Lucas joined Redwood full-time in August of 2022, but has a long history working in the construction industry getting his start in 2005. In 2012, Lucas joined Adam in trim carpentry and the rest was history. His favorite part of the build process is making sure all of the small details come together for clients. Lucas resides in Huxley with his wife and three kids, and when he’s not working enjoys doing projects at home.
